The swimming pool is a licensed Olympic pool , that is 50 metres by twenty-one, and has been tested by the National Swimming Federation for swimming and water polo competitions, since the depth of the pool is 1.40 by 20 metres and two metres for the other thirty. We have already done swimming competitions and training for water polo teams. There is also an indoor heated and dehumidified swimming pool, with two counter-current swimming and 12 hydromassage jets, connected with a 200 square metre gym, with changing rooms, bathrooms and showers for men, women and referees, as well as a large space with sea view.
During the years of closure there was a continuous maintenance by a guardian / maintainer who slept inside. If they want to get the hotel up and running again, they have to do a complete cleaning, check the engines, refresh the paint and then, after filling the pantry, etc., find the staff and leave again. Making a quick estimate I think that at most they could spend, and with a very large estimate, up to two or three hundred thousand euros and would have a 4-star hotel (had already from the Province the 4 stars) that put into operation would already have twice the purchase value .
